Our goal is to make IC eating easier and to share our love for cooking. You can learn more about how to use the website or us by clinking the links.

Our Mission

The first goal is to provide a way to enjoy a hint of old favorites, while eating safe foods you don’t have to worry about. Mexican is best spicy. But, if you can’t tolerate peppers, you can still make a burrito, refried beans, or quesadilla. Asian food is better with soy sauce. But, if you can’t have that, you can still make a delicious stir fry, fried rice, or pot stickers.


The second goal is to make finding and looking through IC recipes easier. There are multiple criteria you can use to search through our recipes, choosing the best combo for your needs. All our recipes are marked with quick identifiers for the recipe, as well as identifiers for the individual ingredients. To learn about these, see How to Use.


Hopefully this will help all people on the IC journey, but it is specifically targeted to those who are the most limited. We love people to use our recipes, but we’ll also be happy if you “graduate” to using recipes beyond ours that include more ingredient options!
